How to use:

• Shower right after exercise
• Wet body completely
• Massage CLn Sport Wash into skin, hair, and nails for 1-2 minutes (2 minutes is appropriate lathering for use as an antifungal body wash for ringworm)
• Rinse thoroughly
• Gentle enough for daily use, or as directed
